Assistant coach of the Egyptian national team Mahmoud Fayez revealed Mohammed Elneny's injury against West Ham was not too serious.

The Egyptian midfielder was in so much discomfort after a collision with Mark Noble in the 4-1 win at the Emirates on Sunday. Elneny landed awkwardly on the side of his foot with his ankle bending dramatically and was stretched off. Many believed his season was over as it took a while to get the midfielder off the field of play.
